I create unique wellness events and experiences to encourage personal growth and community building. I enjoy taking yoga out of the studio so my beloved clients can focus on the practice.

Based in North Carolina, but I love being an international yoga teacher and use my platform to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the wellness industry. Let’s grow and glow together!
